These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services, evaluations, and digital products offered by PayMyPips, operated by PMP CAPITAL LTD, registered at Island Ring Road, TB office, NRU68, Yeren, Nauru, Republic of Nauru (“PayMyPips”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing or purchasing any PayMyPips service, the user (“you”, “client”, “participant”) agrees to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Affiliate Agreement. PayMyPips provides simulated trading environments, trader evaluations, and educational tools. PayMyPips does not act as a broker, does not execute trades, does not hold client funds, and does not accept deposits. All trading activities occur solely within a simulated environment and do not represent live market trading or real capital management.

To participate in any PayMyPips evaluation, users must provide accurate personal information, be at least 18 years old, and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. KYC verification is required before receiving a funded account. The Company may refuse or terminate service at its discretion. Participants must follow all rules associated with their selected challenge model, including but not limited to profit targets, daily loss limits, overall loss limits, minimum trading days, and any applicable time limits. A minimum of five separate trading days is required, even if the profit target is achieved earlier. Failure to meet these requirements results in challenge termination without refund.

Prohibited trading practices include, but are not limited to: copy trading or mirroring trades across accounts, using external signal providers or trade replication software, latency arbitrage, high-frequency bots, group or coordinated trading, and any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities. If such activity is detected, the challenge will be immediately invalidated and no refund will be issued.

Copy Trading Policy: Copy trading of any kind is strictly prohibited. If detected, the challenge cannot be verified, regardless of performance.

The user is responsible for ensuring stable internet access, correct device functionality, and compatible software. PayMyPips is not liable for losses related to connectivity issues, platform outages, or third-party service disruptions.

All purchases of challenges or related services are strictly non-refundable, as outlined in the Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including lack of use, inability to meet evaluation rules, user error, or account termination due to violations.

Upon successfully completing the evaluation process and passing all required steps, users may be offered access to a simulated funded account under additional terms, including profit-split agreements and withdrawal conditions. PayMyPips reserves the right to revoke funded account status in cases of rule violations, fraud, or misuse.

PayMyPips may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform or participation in challenges constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Nothing provided by PayMyPips constitutes financial or investment advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance in simulated environments does not guarantee future results.
